This document (together with all documents referred to herein) sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of this website – www.aryannakaren.ro (hereinafter the “Website”) and the conditions for the sale of products offered through it (wedding dresses from the Aryanna Karen brand and related accessories).
Use of the Website, including browsing, creating an account, or placing an order, implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Please read this document carefully before using the Website or purchasing products. If you do not agree with any of the provisions, please do not use the Website.
The Seller reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time by updating this page. Any changes become effective from the date they are published on the Website, and continued use of the Website after publication constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
- WHO ARE WE ?
MAJESTIC SPLENDOR SRL (hereinafter ”the Company” or ”We”) is the administrator of the website www.aryannakaren.ro. The Company has the following identification details: registered office in Bragadiru, 29 Verii Street, Villa 1, Room 1, Ilfov County, VAT ID RO46444613 and registration number with the Trade Register J23/4515/2022.
The Company represents the Aryanna Karen wedding dress brand (founded in Romania in 2014, with over 21 years of experience in the field). Aryanna Karen dresses are designed for brides who dream of an outfit seemingly taken from the pages of a fairy tale, with impressive volume and hand-crafted appliqués.

- DEFINITIONS:
Within this document, the following terms shall be interpreted as follows:
- Seller/Operator – MAJESTIC SPLENDOR SRL, with the identification details mentioned above, which owns and operates the Site and offers products for sale through it.
- Client/Buyer – any individual at least 18 years old (or legal entity) who accesses the Site, creates an account (optional), or places an order. By placing any order, the Client confirms that they meet the legal conditions to enter into a contract and that they have provided real and complete information.
- Site – the web platform hosted at www.aryannakaren.ro, including all its pages and sections, through which the Seller presents the products and where the Client can place orders.
- Products – the goods (such as dresses, clothing accessories, and other items) offered for sale on the Site by the Seller.
- Distance contract – the sales contract concluded between the Seller and the Buyer, without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties, based on the order placed by the Buyer and confirmed by the Seller, in accordance with GEO 34/2014 regarding distance contracts.
These Terms and Conditions are supplemented by the provisions of applicable legislation, including Law no. 365/2002 on electronic commerce, Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer protection when concluding distance contracts, as well as other relevant regulations. In case of any inconsistency between the Terms and Conditions and mandatory legislation, the legal provisions shall prevail.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
3.1. The content and design of the Website www.aryannakaren.ro – including, but not limited to, texts, images, graphics, logos, design elements, product descriptions and databases – are the exclusive property of Majestic Splendor SRL or its suppliers and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
The “Aryanna Karen” trademark and all trademarks (brands) displayed on the Website belong to their legal owners and are protected by law.
3.2. It is prohibited to copy, distribute, publish, transfer to third parties, modify or display the content of this Website in any context other than that for which it was created (browsing, information and personal shopping), without the prior written consent of the Seller. The use of any automated devices (scripts, web-scraping, etc.) to extract data from the Website is also prohibited. Violation of intellectual property rights may result in civil or criminal liability, in accordance with applicable laws (Law no. 8/1996 on copyright and related rights, as subsequently amended, etc.).
3.3. The client or visitor has the right to view, print, or save portions of the Site content for personal, non-commercial use, provided that copyright and intellectual property notices are preserved. However, the use of the content (in whole or in part) for commercial purposes is not permitted without obtaining express consent from the legal rights holder.
3.4. If you notice any content on the Site that you believe infringes your intellectual property rights or you suspect such rights are being violated, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and, if confirmed, remedy the reported situation.
- PRODUCTS, PRICES AND AVAILABILITY
4.1. The Seller makes efforts to present the Products as accurately as possible (including name, description, images, technical features, and price). However, there may be situations where certain information is incorrect or incomplete. Product images are for illustrative purposes; slight differences in shade or details may occur compared to the actual product, depending on screen settings or production batches. Descriptions and features are provided in good faith, but without guaranteeing they are completely free of typographical errors.
4.2. Prices of the products displayed on the Site are expressed in lei (RON) and include VAT (value added tax), according to the law. Delivery costs are not included in the product prices and will be added to the total order amount, being displayed separately before completing the order (see the DELIVERY section below).
4.3. The Seller reserves the right to change the prices of the products displayed on the Site, however any such change will not affect orders already placed and confirmed by the Seller. In the event of a pricing error (e.g., an obviously incorrect price displayed on the Site), the Seller will promptly inform the Client and reserves the right to cancel the order for the product with the incorrect price, without any cost to the Client, or to agree with the Client on a new correct price.
4.4. Product availability (in stock, out of stock or made to order) is displayed on each product page. However, in rare cases, it is possible that a product shown as in stock is no longer available at the time of order processing; in this case, the Seller will inform the Client as soon as possible and will arrange the cancellation or replacement of that product, according to the Client’s preference, refunding any amount paid for that product if it has already been paid.
- PLASAREA COMENZILOR ȘI ÎNCHEIEREA CONTRACTULUI
- To place an order, the Client can add the desired products to the shopping cart and follow the steps indicated on the Site (completing delivery and payment information, choosing the payment method, reviewing and confirming the order). Before finalizing the order, the Client has the opportunity to check and correct any errors in the shopping cart or in the provided data.
- După trimiterea comenzii, Vânzătorul va emite o confirmare de primire a comenzii (de regulă prin e-mail, la adresa furnizată de Client). Această confirmare atestă doar primirea comenzii în sistemul nostru. Ulterior, Vânzătorul va verifica detaliile comenzii (disponibilitatea produselor, corectitudinea datelor, etc.) și va transmite Clientului o confirmare finală a comenzii (prin e-mail și/sau telefonic).
- The distance sales contract is considered concluded between the parties at the moment the Customer receives the final order confirmation from the Seller. The tax invoice will be issued in electronic format or on paper and will accompany the delivered goods or will be sent by email, in accordance with the applicable tax legislation.
- The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order before sending the final confirmation, in the following illustrative situations: the data provided by the Customer is incomplete or incorrect; the ordered product is no longer in stock and cannot be restocked within a reasonable time; obvious errors have been identified on the Site (for example, incorrect price or description); the transaction has been declined by the payment processor; the Customer is involved in fraudulent activities or there are reasonable suspicions in this regard.
- In case an order is refused, the Customer will be notified as soon as possible, and if payment has been made in advance, the amounts paid will be fully refunded within a maximum of 7 working days from the notification, using the same method in which they were received (unless the parties agree otherwise).
6. ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY
6.1. Order processing time: Orders are usually processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days from the final order confirmation. Processing includes order verification, product preparation, packaging, and handover to the courier. During busy periods (such as holidays, promotional campaigns) or in exceptional situations, processing time may experience slight delays; the Seller will inform the Customer if significant processing delays occur.
6.2. Delivery of products is carried out via the Sameday Courier service directly to the delivery address indicated by the Customer in the order. As a rule, deliveries arrive at the destination within 24-48 hours from dispatch (depending on the destination locality), so the general estimated time for receiving the parcel is approximately 2-5 business days from placing the order. Deliveries are made on business days (Monday-Friday), Sameday Courier does not deliver on weekends or public holidays, except where special Saturday services are available in that area.
6.3. Delivery area: Currently, the Seller delivers products only within Romania. Orders with delivery addresses outside Romania cannot be accepted through the Site (if you have special international delivery requests, please contact us to check the possibilities, however availability is not guaranteed).
6.4. Delivery costs: Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on the weight/volume of the parcel and the destination and will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before placing the order. The Customer will know the total delivery cost before submitting the order. In certain cases, the Seller may offer free delivery (for example, if there are special promotions or if the order value exceeds a certain threshold); such special conditions will be communicated on the Site when applicable. Unless otherwise stated, the delivery cost will be borne by the Customer.
6.5. Delivery obligations: Upon receiving the package, the Client (or the designated recipient) is responsible for checking the integrity of the packaging and the compliance of the delivered products. If you notice any damage to the packaging, product damage, or missing items, please mention this in writing on the courier’s delivery documents (damage report) and notify us as soon as possible via the contact email address or by phone.
6.6. Any issue related to the integrity or conformity of the products must be reported within 48 hours from delivery, in order to allow us to resolve the situation in an optimal timeframe.
The risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to the Client at the moment when they (or a person designated by them) take physical possession of the delivered package.
6.7. The Seller cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier company or for situations where delivery cannot be completed due to the Client’s fault (incorrect/incomplete address, recipient unavailable, failure to collect the package, etc.). If a package is returned to the Seller by the courier for reasons attributable to the Client (e.g., refusal to accept, inability to deliver due to incorrect information provided), the Seller reserves the right to request payment of additional reshipping costs from the Client or to cancel the respective order.
7. PAYMENT METHODS
7.1. The following payment methods are accepted for purchasing products:
- Online payment by bank card: Visa, MasterCard (and others where applicable) are accepted. Card payments are processed securely through a certified payment processor, ensuring the protection of your banking data. For your safety, the payment card details entered (number, expiration date, CVV/CVC code) are not stored on our servers, being transmitted in encrypted form directly to the payment system. No additional fees are charged for card payments. After completing the payment, you will receive a transaction confirmation.
- Apple Pay / Google Pay: If you have a compatible device, you can make payments quickly via Apple Pay or Google Pay. These methods use the cards saved in your device’s digital wallet and benefit from the same security conditions as card payments. On the payment page, if your device and browser support it, you will see the option to pay via Apple Pay or Google Pay. Once selected, you will authorize the transaction according to Apple/Google procedures (e.g., with Face ID, fingerprint, or security code). Payments via Apple Pay / Google Pay do not involve additional fees and are also processed securely.
7.2. We do not accept cash on delivery (COD), except for cases explicitly announced on the Site (if such options will be available in the future). All orders must be paid using one of the electronic methods above at the time of placing the order. The value of the ordered products and services must be paid in full; in case of non-payment or failed payment, the Seller will not deliver the products.
7.3. For card transactions, the Seller may request additional information or validation measures (e.g., 3D Secure, identity confirmation) to prevent fraud. In the rare event that a payment is made but the order cannot be fulfilled (e.g., product unavailable), the Seller will inform the Customer and will arrange a refund of the paid amount within a maximum of 7 business days, to the account from which the payment was made (or via the same Apple/Google Pay method used).
7.4. Tax invoice for the order will be issued by Majestic Splendor SRL and will include details of the purchased products, their prices, VAT, and any delivery costs. By accepting these terms, you agree to receive the invoice in electronic format at the provided email address, unless otherwise specified. Upon request, we can also provide a printed invoice together with the delivered package.
8.PRODUCT RETURNS
8.1. Legal right of withdrawal: If you purchase products from the Site as a consumer (an individual acting outside their professional activity), you have the right to withdraw from the contract by returning the purchased products, without needing to provide a reason and without incurring penalties, within 14 calendar days from the date on which you or a person designated by you (other than the courier) takes physical possession of the products. This right is granted by GEO no. 34/2014 on consumer protection for distance contracts and applies only to individual consumers, not to corporate customers.
8.2. Return conditions: The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered: unworn, not excessively used, undamaged, with the original tags intact and, if possible, in the original packaging (or in packaging that adequately protects it during transport). 8.3. The customer is only responsible for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling or use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products. In other words, you may try the product to see if it fits and meets your expectations, but do not use it repeatedly or for other purposes before deciding to return it. For example, for clothing items, please avoid prolonged wear and ensure that the product is not stained or damaged. Returned products must be clean and free from signs of excessive wear.
8.3. Return procedure: To exercise your right of withdrawal, it is recommended to notify us in writing in advance, within the 14-day period, by sending an email to aryannakaren@gmail.com or a letter to the Seller’s registered office address (mentioned above), clearly informing us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You may write, for example: “I hereby wish to withdraw from the sales contract for the product {nume produs}, ordered on {data} and received on {data}. Please confirm receipt of my request and inform me of the next steps for returning the product.” – or you can complete the return form if it is available on the Site (if such an online form exists, we will indicate where to find it). It is not mandatory to use a specific wording; a clear statement of your intention to withdraw is sufficient. After sending the withdrawal notification, you have an additional 3 days to actually return the products to the Seller.After expressing the intention to return, the customer is required to ship the product as soon as possible, so that the entire return process – from the moment the product is received by the customer to the actual return and refund – does not exceed 17 calendar days.Return requests that comply with the 14-day period but for which the returned products are not received within the total 17 calendar days may be considered non-compliant and may lead to refusal of the refund.
8.4. Return shipping: The products you wish to return must be sent by courier or delivered in person to the return address indicated by us.
The address for returning products is: Strada Maior Gheorghe Sontu no. 2 A, Bucharest, this being the address of our showroom.
8.5. Please do not send parcels with cash on delivery; return parcels must be sent with shipping paid by the sender (Client).
8.6. The direct costs of returning (return shipping cost) are borne by the Client, in accordance with GEO 34/2014, except when the Seller voluntarily decides to cover them (for example, if the delivered product was defective or incorrect, we will cover the return cost). We recommend using a courier service (such as Sameday, Fan Courier, etc.) to send the return, in order to have delivery confirmation and insurance, and to pack the products היט היט היט היט היט היט היט 8.7. Rambursarea sumelor: După primirea și verificarea produselor returnate, Vânzătorul va rambursa în termen de cel mult 14 zile calendaristice orice sumă achitată de dvs. în legătură cu contractul din care v-ați retras (prețul produselor și, dacă a fost perceput, costul livrării standard către dvs.).
8.8. Rambursarea se va efectua folosind aceeași metodă de plată folosită de Client la tranzacția inițială, cu excepția cazului în care ați fost de acord expres cu o altă modalitate de rambursare. De exemplu, dacă ați plătit online cu cardul, contravaloarea returnată va fi virată înapoi pe același card. Nu veți suporta niciun comision ca urmare a unei astfel de rambursări. Vă rugăm să rețineți că, dacă ați ales o metodă de livrare mai costisitoare decât livrarea standard oferită de noi (de exemplu livrare expres în aceeași zi, dacă a existat opțiunea), costul suplimentar al livrării speciale nu va fi rambursat; vom rambursa doar costul standard al livrării care ar fi fost disponibil.
8.9. If, following inspection, the returned product shows signs of damage or excessive wear that reduce its value, we reserve the right to deduct from the refund an amount proportional to that decrease in value, in accordance with the law. We will inform the Client of any such deduction before issuing the refund. Additionally, if gifts or other bonuses were provided with the purchased product and are conditional upon keeping the product, the Client must either return those gifts/bonuses together with the product or—if they keep them—their value will be deducted from the refunded amount (this will be clearly communicated to the Client at the time the return is processed).
8.10 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: According to art. 16 of GEO 34/2014, there are certain categories of products for which the consumer does not have the right of return. Among these, we specifically mention: products made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. This category may include, for example, wedding dresses or other garments made to special order, based on the Client’s individual measurements or preferences. Such products cannot be returned except in cases where they have manufacturing defects or non-conformities identified at delivery.
8.11. Products that are sealed and cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed by the consumer (for example, underwear in general) are also exempt from return; however, the Seller does not عادة sell such products on this Site. If other exceptions apply to certain products on the Site, they will be made known to the Client in the description of the respective product.
8.12. Legal conformity guarantee: All products sold on the Site benefit from a legal conformity guarantee of 2 (two) years, in accordance with legal provisions (Law 449/2003 republished / GEO 140/2021 and related legislation), where applicable. This means that the Seller is responsible for any lack of conformity of the product (manufacturing defect, product not matching the description on the Site, etc.) occurring within the legal period, provided that the Customer notifies the issue within a reasonable time (usually 2 months) from its discovery. 9.1. Visiting our showroom and trying on wedding dresses is done exclusively by prior appointment. This appointment system allows us to offer you dedicated attention and a personalized experience in choosing your dream dress.

This is the place where you can see and try on an extensive selection of wedding dresses from our Aryanna Karen collection. Please do not come to the showroom without a confirmed appointment, as we may not be able to receive you if all time slots are already booked by other clients.

- LIABILITY AND FORCE MAJEURE
11.1. The Seller makes efforts to ensure the updating and accuracy of the information on the Site, but does not guarantee that the Site, its servers, or emails sent from AryannaKaren.ro are free of viruses or other harmful components, although we have implemented IT security measures. The User uses the Site at their own risk.
11.2. To the extent permitted by law, the Seller shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Site (including, but not limited to, errors or omissions in content, viruses, service interruptions, etc.), except where liability cannot be legally limited.
11.3. The Seller cannot be held responsible for any technical malfunctions or errors occurring in the operation of the internet network, hosting service providers, or other external providers, which may lead to the temporary unavailability of the Site or errors in displaying information. We strive to ensure continuous accessibility of the Site; however, we do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted uptime.
11.4. In the event of a force majeure event (as defined by law – an external, unforeseeable, absolutely invincible and unavoidable event) that prevents or delays, in whole or in part, the fulfillment of the Seller’s obligations (for example: natural disasters, fires, floods, war, major social unrest, pandemics, government measures, severe cyberattacks, widespread power outages, etc.), the Seller shall be exempt from liability for the non-performance of that obligation for the duration of the force majeure. The affected obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event, but will not cease; they will resume once the event ends. The Seller undertakes to inform the Client, as far as possible, about the existence of a force majeure situation affecting the performance of obligations. If the force majeure lasts more than 15 days, the parties may agree to terminate the contract without any mutual claims for compensation (except for the refund of any amounts due for products not received by the Client).
- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
12.1. Sales contracts concluded through the Site AryannaKaren.ro between the Seller and the Client are governed by Romanian law (being considered distance contracts concluded on the territory of Romania). Any issue, misunderstanding, or dispute that may arise between the Seller and the Client in connection with the use of the Site or with contracts concluded through it will be settled amicably, primarily.
12.2. If an amicable resolution is not possible, disputes will be submitted for resolution to the competent courts of Romania, in accordance with the law. Subject-matter and territorial jurisdiction may, as a rule, lie with the court at the Seller’s registered office or at the Client’s domicile, depending on the Client’s status as a consumer and the applicable legal provisions.
This provision does not affect the consumer’s right to resort to the alternative dispute resolution mechanisms mentioned above (ANPC, SOL, etc.) or to address the courts within their place of residence, if consumer protection legislation grants them this right.
12.3. If any clause of these Terms and Conditions is declared null, invalid, or unenforceable by a competent court, that clause will be replaced with a valid provision that comes as close as possible to the original intent, and the remaining provisions will remain in force and applicable. The Seller’s failure to strictly enforce any provision of these terms at any time shall not constitute a waiver of the right to invoke that provision later or to require its enforcement.
